What We Sell

We sell customised gaming controllers. All controllers are made from the highest quality materials. Our controllers are sourced from the official manufacturers.

Customer Data

All of our customers data is stored to enable us to create a more personalised experience for each returning visitor. If the customer has opted into our newsletter, they will be sent a weekly/monthly newsletter. This can be cancelled at anytime.

Breakage

If something is wrong with your order such as any breakage, defects, or accidental damage your order may be covered by our warranty or you may still be within the 14 day period to return the order. This will depend based on how long the order has been in your possession.

A) If your order comes with the standard warranty of 3 months (Free) you will be covered for repairs or replacements for 3 months from the date of delivery. Upon the expiry of this 3 month period, your products will no longer be eligible for repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover accidental damage such as dropping the controller or spilling liquids onto the controller.

B) If you have paid for any warranty you will be covered until that warranty package has expired. Within this time you are eligible for repair and replacements on your order. Should you find that your warranty has expired, we will no longer be able to repair or replace your ordered products. Our warranty packages have different time lengths and features, this means that some packages are only covered to replace a certain amount of repairs or replacements. Once your package bonuses have been maxed, your warranty will expire. However, warranty can be reapplied on some products.

When Payment Is Due

Payment for our products is due straight away. In order for your order to be process we will need the full cost of your order to be paid.

If for any reason a payment is held for an order on this website by the payment provider. We have the right to hold your order until the order has been fully paid. If the payment is rejected, your order will be cancelled. If you have any questions regarding this, please get in touch.

Guarantees / Warranty

Free 3 Month Warranty – We offer multiple warranty’s on all our products. The basic warranty of 3 month applies to all custom and pre-made controllers. Once the 3 month warranty has expired, the controller will no longer be under warranty for any repairs or replacement should you experience any breakage. We will not be held responsible for any breakage after the warranty period has expired. Any accidental damage is not covered on this warranty type.

Paid Warranty – Paid warranties are available. If you experience any breakage or defects after the warranty period, Altered Labs will not be held responsible. Depending on your paid warranty type, accidental damage to our custom controllers are covered. Should any accidental damage take place and you are covered by a paid warranty, please get in touch with us.

Contract Termination

A) Upon the order of any product on our website you will be accepting to be in a contract with us. If you wish to terminate that contract by cancelling an order, this must be done within 24 hours of when your order was placed. If the termination of your contract was within 24 hours, you will be sent a full refund. If however the order is cancelled after the 24 hour period, a charge for materials will be applied and the remaining cost will be refunded.

 

B) If you receive your order and in the unlikely  chance it is broken, or broken in transit. A replacement will be issued to you once we receive the controller back at our premises. This will be covered by our standard warranty. If you do not like what you have ordered you will have 14 days to return your order for a replacement or a full refund.

Processing Time

The expected processing time for our controllers is around 1-2 days. In this time the controller will be built, quality checked and prepared to be sent off.

Delivery Times

Once the order has left our premises your order will be shipped via Royal Mail. All delivery times are stated when choosing a delivery option at checkout. Please note that the delivery time is on top of the processing time.
